LP Lock
Lock liquidity tokens for a set period so anyone can verify the liquidity cannot be pulled. Opening this page from the token console fills in the current pool automatically; you can also enter both pair tokens and resolve the LP token address.
Select the pair
Enter both tokens of the pair — we read the factory from the selected DEX and derive the LP token address.
Important: If this token charges a transfer tax, pays holder rewards (including LP rewards), or limits how much one address can hold, whitelist or exempt the lock contract on this network first. Otherwise your lock may be taxed, miss rewards, or fail because it exceeds the holder limit.
Each network has its own lock contract. Use the address shown for the network you're on.
Pick a common quote token, or paste any token address.

Locking LP tokens needs one approval for the lock contract; if the allowance is already enough we skip it.

Liquidity locker — lock LP tokens so the pool cannot be pulled
Locking liquidity means sending your LP tokens to a lock contract with an unlock date. Because those LP tokens can no longer be withdrawn, the pool cannot be drained before that date, and buyers can verify it themselves on the block explorer. This is the check that liquidity scanners and safety scores look for.
- What gets locked
- the LP tokens themselves — the pool keeps trading
- Unlock date
- any future date, to the minute
- Later changes
- extend the lock, add more LP, transfer or renounce ownership
How it works
1. Connect a wallet and pick the network
The lock is created by your wallet and is visible on-chain from the moment it lands.
2. Enter the two tokens of the pair
The LP token is resolved from the pair, so you do not have to hunt for the LP token address by hand.
3. Approve the LP tokens and set the unlock date
Approval is one transaction and the lock is the second. A longer lock is a stronger signal to buyers.
4. Keep the lock receipt
The certificate lives on-chain. Find it later in My Locks to extend it, transfer ownership, or hand the link to your community.
FAQ
- How do I prove to buyers that liquidity is locked?
- Share the transaction or the lock contract address. Anyone can open it on the explorer and read the unlock time and the locked amount.
- Can I remove liquidity after locking?
- Not before the unlock date. That is the whole point of the lock, and it is what safety checkers verify.
- Does a lock improve my token safety score?
- Lockers and scanners such as DexTools and GoPlus read lock contracts, so a real on-chain lock normally shows up in their liquidity-locked check.
- What about a V3 position?
- A V3 position is an NFT rather than an LP token, so it cannot be locked the same way. The locker works with V2 pair tokens, so check which type your pool uses before promising a lock to buyers.
