Frequently asked questions
Failed transactions, not enough gas, cleared browser storage, do you need a wallet — the ten things beginners get stuck on.
Do I need to connect a wallet?
Not for read-only work: balances, snapshots, contract reads and vanity scanning all work with just a network selected. Anything that moves funds needs a wallet, because you have to sign it yourself.
What is gas, and why does a failed transaction still cost?
Gas is the network fee paid to validators, not to us. A failed transaction was still executed by the nodes, so it consumes gas. The page tells you why it failed — fix it and send again.
It says insufficient balance or gas. Now what?
Keep enough native coin (BNB/ETH) in the wallet that sends. In batch flows each source wallet needs the total transfer amount plus gas for every transfer it sends; the page tells you the exact shortfall.
My browser storage was cleared — are the generated wallets gone?
It depends on the seed phrase. Wallets made by private transfer can be rebuilt from the seed phrase. Individually generated private keys that you never exported are gone — which is why backing up is always step one.
Are imported private keys uploaded to your servers?
No. Keys only live in browser memory to sign, and transactions are broadcast from your browser to the RPC node. Where caching is needed (bot wallets), it stays in this device localStorage and can be deleted at any time.
Why is my transaction stuck at "waiting for confirmation"?
Usually gas is too low, or an earlier transaction from the same wallet has not settled, leaving a nonce gap. Wait a minute or two; if it stays stuck, check your wallet for a pending transaction and resend with higher gas.
What is a vanity address and is it worth it?
Contract addresses come from CREATE2, and the salt is free to choose, so you can scan offline for an address ending in characters you like (8888 and so on). Scanning costs no gas, only time; four characters is usually plenty.
Which chains are supported?
On the EVM side: BNB Chain, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, opBNB and more (the header picker lists what is live). Solana, TON, Sui and Tron live on their own sister sites, linked from the Multi-chain group.
Does the platform charge fees?
Most tools only cost gas. V2 adding and removing liquidity has no platform fee; a V3 stable pool, create-pool-and-buy, batch tools and volume runs charge one. The amount sits next to the submit button before you sign — never afterwards.
Does private transfer make me untraceable?
No. It splits "one wallet paying a hundred addresses" into several source wallets each funding a small batch, with random amounts, timing and order, which makes analysis much more expensive. Absolute anonymity does not exist on-chain; similar behaviour and amounts still create links.
