Exploring the growing network of Colorado Bitcoin merchants was an eye-opening trip that showed me both the immense promise and the friction points of real-world adoption in the Mile High State. Flying into Colorado, I was excited to experience the fall mountains, see my old friends, and dive into the local Bitcoin scene .
The first stop on my list was Moonflower Coffee . Pulling up, I thought I had mistaken it for an auto-mechanic (FYI there’s a giant oil change sign and two bay garage look). Built inside a beautifully repurposed old auto body shop, Moonflower nails the ambiance: great coffee, a fantastic local vibe, and a spacious lounge area .
